Who We Are

Early Services, Inc. located in Decatur, Alabama has been an award winning, proven leader in the Mechanical Contracting Industry in North Alabama area since 1986, when the company relocated from Birmingham where it was founded in 1954. Early Services, Inc. has been family owned for over three generations and was under the leadership of Jim Early Sr., until 2019, when he turned the day-to-day operations of the company over to his daughter, Jamie Early Pearman. Jamie now serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company and is assisted by her son, Scottie Pearman.

Early Services, Inc. strives to instill in their employees a passion for hard work, honesty, pride of work, and integrity. We integrate these qualities into everything that we do, no matter what size the project is. Our core business consists of the sales, service, and installation of plumbing, piping, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for the Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional markets surrounding North and Central Alabama, Southern Tennessee, and Mississippi. Our scope of work includes the construction of multi-million-dollar HVAC, plumbing and piping jobs, along with Preventive Maintenance and repairs and replacements on small commercial accounts. Whatever the size of the project, Early Services, Inc. and its employees continually strive to make every customer feel as if they are our only one.

Jim Early Sr.

Vice President

Jim Early began his career working for his father as a plumber in Birmingham, Alabama in 1954. In 1985, Jim relocated his family and founded the Early Services in Decatur, AL that we know today. During his career, Jim has served as President of PHCC, Board member of Parkway Medical Center Board Member, Board Member of Decatur Chamber of Commerce & various Associated Builders and Contractors Committee’s

Jamie Early Pearman

President/CEO

Jamie began working for Early Services, Inc. in 1986. During Jamie’s career she has served Board of Directors for both Sub Ala (Subcontractors Association of Alabama) and ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors)

Scottie Pearman

Vice President/Plumbing Estimator

Scottie began part time as a sheet metal mechanic helper then moved into the service department as an HVAC service technician. Upon graduation in 2013, he moved into the field as a plumber’s helper, where he worked for 6 years and obtained his journeyman’s certification. In 2019, he moved into the office as the lead plumbing estimator and vice president of the company
